可不可以不要列印報表下方的列印時間

因為那個時間表達出來似乎不太好

目前更新版本後,已按步驟執行,但最後備份還原的部份仍無法叫出之前備份的檔案耶..

麻煩您解答,感恩～

(已執行至重整索引檔之後再執行Easyacc.exe後還是未叫出之前的備份檔中的資料)

再回到傳票修改卻找不到那張傳票

可是試算表和分類帳裡都有

the first one 傳票, must be 開帳傳票,
that declare current status of every one non-zero 會計科目.

when you have that valid 傳票 and 傳票分錄 with non-zero 金額,

press [結帳] ( keep 結帳起始日期 empty ).
after it completes ( you can see 完成 at the form caption ),

select 資產負債表 ( click  on it ),

press [列印] , assign the 年月 ( ex. 9801 ),  press [OK],
press [OK] again,
in the report preview, can you see the field 金額 ?
and it's value ?

press [Close] ,
does the fields [金額] and [餘額] have value ?

tks i am doing the same procedure but still no value  why??

and the 資產負債sheet debt is on the top not asset on the top why??

980101 已經放在 [傳票日期] 欄位之內，
980101 這一天的 [傳票日張] 從 1 到 32767 ，
也就是說 每一天 可以輸入傳票 32767 張。

傳票號碼 = 傳票日期 + 傳票日張

傳票日期 可以修改

傳票日張 也可以修改

是的, 當我按結帳時就會出現這個視窗, 內容一直都是出現這段文字

我試著刪除後重灌軟體,重新輸入資料,仍然是出現這段文字

我不知道是哪一部份產生問題, 且所有報表都無法產生,我按列印都是空白一片,會計科目單元, 我按統計結果在銀行存款的欄位竟然是負數,我將輸入的傳票核對完後,並未輸錯, 應該正數,庫存現金應該是0節國出現3197這個數,都無法更正

請您告訴我該如何處理此情況??謝謝

 直接改 [傳票日張]  然後 [存檔] 即可。

it read  980101 is not valid for the filed 傳票日張

2-still cant find the data from 損益表.

 the allow range is -32768-32767

很抱歉再次打擾您,實在是因初次使用,很多地方都不是很清楚,所以有可能是操作錯誤所致,需要您的協助

1.我根據您的建議,還是無效,在結帳報表那頁,按結賬仍是完全空白,沒有資料顯示,也沒又資產負載表或是損益表的出現,請問是否有其它方式可以解決??

2.我截至目前仍然無法產生任何報表, 甚至我重新安裝也是沒解決問題, 請教要如何處理??因為一直出現早上跟您請教的訊息"Invalid use of Keyword Token年月>=" Line Number.1."請教要如何才能解決此問題?還是您有光碟片寄給我讓我重新安裝試試看?或是有更詳細操作手冊提供給我參考.
